近代广州海关建筑折中主义的装饰风格——以海关俱乐部(广州波楼)柱式为例

Discussion on the Eclecticism Decoration Style of Modern Guangzhou Customs Building--A Case of the Column Type of Customs Club(Guangzhou Bolou)

作为西方建筑主要承重构件和重要装饰部位的柱式,自传入广州后,西方建筑柱式与本土文化碰撞与交融,形成了一种标新立异、异彩纷呈的折中主义装饰风格。文章从近代广州海关建筑风格入手,通过现场调研和整体特征的归纳,对海关俱乐部柱式装饰组合样式、外观材料、风格进行详尽分析和对比,梳理和归纳出近代广州海关建筑所展现的西式装饰特征。本研究对于拓展和深化近代广州海关建筑装饰的认识和中国近代建筑装饰领域研究具有重要意义。

As the main load-bearing components and important decorative parts of Western architecture,columns have formed a new and colorful eclectic decorative style due to the collision and blending of local culture since they were introduced into Guangzhou.Starting from the architectural style background of modern Guangzhou Customs,this paper analyzes and compares the column decoration combination style,appearance material and style of the customs club through on-site investigation and induction of its overall characteristics,and summarizes the western style decoration features of modern Guangzhou Customs buildings.This study is of great significance to expand and deepen the understanding of modern Guangzhou Customs architectural decoration and even the research of modern Chinese architectural decoration.
