EPC模式在改扩建项目应用中的难点问题及对策研究——以某中学为例

Research on the Difficult Problems and Countermeasures of EPC Mode in the Application of Reconstruction and Expansion Project--A Case of A Middle School

随着教育体制的发展与变革,中小学校园的改扩建任务量也在不断增多,而由于项目用地十分紧张,在现有条件的基础上,对平面与空间环境进行合理化利用,成为各中小学校园的主要改扩建方式。基于此,本文针对EPC模式在改扩建项目应用中的难点问题展开策略研究。通过EPC模式定义,研究其实际应用特征,再按照具体的局限性处理条件,完成EPC模式的体系框架构建。在此基础上,以某中学校园为例,对扩建项目情况进行简要概述,分别从规划基础、项目实例、策划方案三个方面入手,建立完善的校园环境策划方案,从而实现对改扩建项目难点问题的有效解决。

With the development and reform of education system,the task of the reconstruction and expansion of primary and secondary schools is also increasing.However,due to the shortage of land,how to make rational use of the plane and space environment on the basis of the existing conditions has become the main way for the expansion of primary and secondary schools.Based on this,the paper studies the strategy of EPC mode in the application of the reconstruction and expansion project.Through the definition of EPC mode,the practical application characteristics of EPC model are studied,and then the system framework of EPC mode is constructed according to the specific limitations.On this basis,taking a middle school campus as an example,the paper briefly summarizes the expansion project.From the planning basis,project example and planning scheme,the paper establishes a perfect campus environment planning plan,so as to effectively solve the difficult problems of the reconstruction and expansion project.
