摘要 在大直径钻孔灌注桩施工过程中,软可塑、干强度高、韧性高的粉质黏土层较为常见,用三翼刮刀钻头切削该类土层时常出现"糊钻"现象。"糊钻"会严重影响施工进度。本文阐述的某桩基工程案例,通过改进三翼刮刀钻头、泥浆性能及钻进参数,不仅解决了糊钻问题,同时还提高了钻进效率,提升了整个工程的施工进度,并且产生了良好的经济效益。 In the construction of large-diameter bored piles,soft plastic,dry-strength,and high-toughness silty clay layers are common.The phenomenon of“pasting drilling”often occurs when cutting this type of formation with a three-wing scraper bit.“Pasting drilling”seriously affects the construction progress.This paper describes a case of a pile foundation project.By improving the three-wing scraper bit,mud performance and drilling parameters,the pasting drilling problem is solved,while the drilling efficiency is improved,and the entire project construction is improved,and good economic benefits are obtained.
