摘要
大型医院建筑是集门诊、医技、病房、科研、办公、供应等多种功能于一身的综合体,是特殊建筑的一种,对建筑的专业性和功能性要求较高。医院作为大型公共建筑项目,投资规模大,建筑类别多,技术含量高,功能流线复杂,相较于普通公共建筑项目周期更长,涉及面更广。因此,在医院建设项目中,要想抓住管理重点,做好全过程项目管理工作,高质量地实现项目管控目标,就需要通过不断学习和总结,这也对项目管理水平提出了更高的要求。
Large hospital building is a complex of comprehensive outpatient service,medical technology,ward,scientific research,office,supply and other functions.It is a kind of special building,which requires high professional and functional building.As a large-scale public building project,the hospital has a large investment scale,a variety of building categories,high technology content,and complex functional streamline.Compared with ordinary public building projects,the hospital has a longer period and wider coverage.Therefore,in the hospital construction project,how to grasp the key points of management,do a good job in the whole process of project management,and achieve the goal of project management and control with high quality,it is necessary to make continuous learning and summary,which put forward higher requirements for the project management level.
