地方院校体育教育专业人才培养的实践表征与优化路径

A Study of the Practice and Optimized Paths of the Training of Physical Education Professionals

采用文献资料法、逻辑思辨法以及专家访谈法等对地方院校体育教育专业人才培养的实践表征与路径选择进行了探讨。认为:当前地方院校体育教育专业人才培养的困境表征为:体育教育专业人才培养呈现供给过剩、培养质量有待提升、培养目标单一、培养课程有待优化、就业去向失衡严重等问题。新时代地方院校体育教育专业人才培养的优化路径有:以制度化方式实现体育教育专业人才需求与供给平衡;以社会需求为指向,提高体育教育专业人才培养质量;完善专业结构设置,培养多元化的体育教育专业人才;优化课程体系,以能力为导向提升体教专业人才素质;依托政策引导,促进体育教育专业毕业生就业走向均衡。

This paper discusses the practice and path of the training of physical education professionals by using the methods of literature review,logical thinking and expert interview.It holds that at present the main difficulties in the cultivation of physical education professionals include oversupply cultivation scale of physical education professionals,needing improved training quality of physical education professionals,single training goal,needing optimized training courses,and imbalance of employment direction.In the new era,the paths for the training of physical education professionals in China are to achieve balance of demand and supply of physical education professionals by system,to improve the training quality of physical education professionals based on social needs,to improve the professional structure and train diversified physical education professionals,optimize the curriculum system and improve the quality of physical education professionals with ability orientation,and to rely on policy guidance and promote the balanced employment of graduates majoring in physical education.
