心房颤动患者血清总胆汁酸hs-CRP BNP水平变化及与心率变异性的相关性分析 被引量:7

Changes of Serum Total Bile Acids and Hs-CRP BNP Levels in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation and Their Correlation with Heart Rate Variability

摘要 目的:探究心房颤动患者血清总胆汁酸(total bile acid,TBA)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C reactive protein,hs-CRP)、血浆脑钠肽(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)水平变化及与心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)的相关性分析。方法:应用回顾性方法选择并分析2017年3月至2019年6月来本院心内科就诊的217例心房颤动患者作为研究对象,并另选100名同期体检健康患者作为对照组,两组患者均进行24h心电监护,检测并比较两组患者的血清TBA、hs-CRP、BNP水平及HRV[24h所有窦性心搏间期NN标准差(NN standard deviation,SDNN);全程相邻NN间期差值的均方根(RMS of NN interval difference,RMSSD);全程记录中每5minNN间期平均值的标准差(NN standard deviation of mean of interval,SDANN);超过50ms的个数占总窦性心搏数的百分率(As a percentage of total sinusoids,the number of ms over 50,PNN50)]。结果:比较结果显示,研究组的TBA、hs-CRP、BNP高于对照组,SDNN、RMSSD、SDANN、PNN50低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相关性分析结果显示,TBA与SDNN、RMSSD、SDANN、PNN50呈正相(r=0.469、0.474、0.447、0.418,P<0.05);hs-CRP与SDNN、RMSSD、SDANN、PNN50呈正相(r=0.560、0.595、0.600、0.582,P<0.05);BNP与SDNN、RMSSD、SDANN、PNN50呈正相(r=0.566、0.634、0.624、0.598,P<0.05)。结论:心房颤动患者血清TBA、hs-CRP、BNP水平均上升,且血清TBA、hs-CRP、BNP水平与HRV呈正相关。 Objective:To investigate the changes of serum total bile acid(total bile acid,TBA),hypersensitive C reactive protein(hypersensitive C reactive protein,hs-CRP),plasma brain natriuretic peptide(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)levels and their correlation with heart rate variability(heart rate variability,HRV)in patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:To select and analyze 217 patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our department from March 2017 to June 2019,and another 100 healthy controls were selected as control group.Both groups underwent 24 h ECG monitoring.The serum TBA,hs-CRP,BNP levels and the standard deviation(NN standard deviation,)HRV[24h all sinus rhythm intervals],RMSSD were measured and compared.NN standard deviation of mean of interval of mean per 5 mins and PNN50 were recorded.Results:The comparison shows that TBA,hs-CRP,BNP in the study group were higher than in the control group,SDNN,RMSSD,SDANN,PNN50 lower than the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that TBA and SDNN,RMSSD,SDANN,PNN50 are positive(r=0.469,0.474,0.447,0.418,P<0.05);hs-CRP is in positive phase with SDNN,RMSSD,SDANN,PNN50(r=0.560,0.595,0.600,0.582,P<0.05);BNP and SDNN,RMSSD,SDANN,PNN50 were positive(r=0.566,0.634,0.624,0.598,P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum TBA,hs-CRP,BNP levels increased in patients with atrial fibrillation,and serum TBA,hs-CRP,BNP levels were positively correlated with HRV.
