儿童用药口感评价方法研究进展

Research progress on taste evaluation methods for pediatric drug products

药物的适口性是影响其服用顺应性的重要因素。由于儿童(尤其是低龄儿童)的吞咽功能不健全,较多使用液体制剂等口腔分散剂型,需特别考虑药品的口感问题。因此,建立客观、科学的口感评价方法,是儿童用药产品开发和评价的重要环节。本文基于儿童适宜剂型及其掩味需求和策略,重点对比分析了各种口感评价方法的概况、优缺点和应用,并讨论了儿童药物口感评价的复杂性和发展趋势,以期为儿童口服制剂开发提供参考。

The palatability of drugs has become an important factor affecting its compliance.Special consideration should be given to the taste of oral preparations for children(especially younger children)since their poor swallowing functions and compliance.The establishment of objective and scientific taste evaluation methods is important in the product development and evaluation of drugs with unpleasant tastes.Based on appropriate dosage forms for children and corresponding taste-masking needs and strategies,this paper reviews the general characteristics,advantages,disadvantages and applications of various taste evaluation methods,and discusses the complexity and development trend of taste evaluation of pediatric drug products in order to provide reference for the development of oral drug products for children.
