代谢组学在中医药治疗膝骨关节炎中应用的研究进展

Research progress on metabolomics in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with traditional Chinese medicine

膝骨关节炎(KOA)是一种常见的膝关节退行性病变,以膝关节疼痛、活动受限甚至畸形为主要表现。中医药在KOA的治疗中效果确切,不良反应较少,容易被广大患者接受。代谢组学通过对相关代谢产物的分析,从整体上反映机体代谢变化情况,与中医的"整体观念"十分相似,现已被广泛应用于KOA的相关研究。本文将结合中医对KOA的认识,中药、针灸推拿对KOA代谢产物的影响等方面进行综述。

Knee osteoarthritis(KOA)is a common degenerative disease of the knee,with knee pain,limited mobility and even deformity as the main manifestations.In the treatment of KOA,traditional Chinese medicine is effective,fewer daverse effects and easy to be accepted by the majority of patients.Metabolomics reflects the metabolic changes of the body as a whole through the analysis of related metabolites,which is very similar to the"holistic concept"of traditional Chinese medicine,and has been widely applied in the relevant studies of KOA.This paper reviews the understanding of KOA in traditional Chinese medicine and the influence of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and tuina on KOA metabolites.
