摘要 随着城市轨道交通网络化运营时代的到来,智能运维已成为未来的发展趋势。基于城市轨道交通供电系统对设备运行管理、在线状态监测、远程故障诊断以及数据分析的需求,设计了一种融合多种运维平台、智能控制技术和现代大数据分析的供电设备智能运维系统。该系统集设备状态实时感知预警、设备全寿命管理、生产业务管控流程、专家分析为一体。测试结果显示:该系统能够满足城市轨道交通供电生产的管理需求,强化了对以设备设施为管理核心的生产管理全过程的控制和优化,提高了城市轨道交通供电设备和相关资源的效能。 With the advent of the era of urban rail transit network operation,intelligent operation and maintenance has become the future trend.Based on the requirements of equipment operation management,online condition monitoring and remote fault diagnosis and data analysis for urban rail transit power supply system,an intelligent operation and maintenance system for power supply equipment that integrates multi-operation platform,intelligent control technology and modern big data analysis is designed.The system integrates device status real-time sensing and early warning,equipment life management system,production business management and control process,and expert analysis.The test results show that the system can meet the management needs of urban rail transit power supply production,strengthening the control and optimization of the whole process of production management with equipment facilities as the management core,and improving the efficacy of urban rail transit power supply equipment and related resources.
