摘要 高速铁路轨道板更换后需进行精调。由于运营天窗时间有限并且轨道板更换工序多,单独留出40 min用于轨道板精调对单个天窗内完成轨道板更换存在时间风险,因此需提高无砟轨道板精调效率。以提高轨道板精调效率、精度为目的,设计了轨道板精调装置。该装置通过轨道板空间位置测量,并结合液压系统控制精调装置机械部分进行轨道板的精调作业,可实现25 min内精调轨道板的目的,提高了轨道板的精调效率和位置精度。 Fine adjustment is required after replacement of the high-speed railway track slab.Due to limited window time for track maintenance between operations and complex replacement processes of the track slab,leaving 40 mins for track slab fine adjustment is risky to complete the track slab replacement within one window period,thus efficiency of ballastless track slab fine adjustment should be improved.Aiming at improving the efficiency and accuracy of track slab fine adjustment,track slab fine adjustment device is designed.By measuring the spatial position of the track slab and controlling the mechanical part of the fine adjustment device with hydraulic system,the goal of fine adjusting track slab within 25 mins can be achieved,improving fine adjustment efficiency and positional accuracy.
