本文从人际传播受限、受传者过度关注、存在第三者效果和居民健康素养水平较低等方面分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19,以下简称新冠肺炎)疫情给健康传播带来的挑战,从传播者、信息、媒介和受传者等方面说明新冠肺炎疫情防控中的健康传播特点,以及明显的健康传播效果,阐明应对传染病疫情等突发公共卫生事件应坚持政府主导作用,发挥多部门专业引导和大众传播的优势。

The paper analyzes the challenges of health communication in COVID-19 from the perspective of limited interpersonal communication,excessive attention from the recipients,the third effects and low level of health literacy of residents.It also illustrates the characteristics and effects of health communication in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control from the aspects of disseminators,information,media and recipients.It is pointed out that the government should play a leading role in dealing with public health emergencies such as infectious diseases and give full play to the advantages of multidepartment professional guidance and mass communication.
