Strategies for Self-Practice of Female Curators of University Libraries from the Perspective of SWOT Analysis

SWOT分析法又称为态势分析法。文章指出高校图书馆女性馆长现状,并运用态势分析法,系统分析高校图书馆女性馆长自身优势和弱势以及外部的机会和威胁,提出女性馆长自我修炼之策:不断加强学习,提高履职能力;提高心理素质,克服自卑自弃;增强竞争意识,善于担当重任;优化家庭关系,赢得家人支持。

SWOT analysis is also known as situation analysis. The article points out the current situation of female curators in university libraries, uses the situation analysis method to systematically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of female curators in university libraries, as well as external opportunities and threats, and offers a strategy for female curators to practice themselves: continuously enhance learning for improving the ability to perform their duties;heighten psychological quality to overcome self-abasement;enhance the sense of competition and be good at assuming heavy responsibilities;and optimize family relations to win family support.
