“5G”背景下的高校教学资源共建共享平台研究与探索

Research and Exploration on the Co-construction and Sharing Platform of University Teaching Resources in the Context of“5G”

高校教育资源是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,是影响高等教育事业改革和发展的重要因素。充分利用5G技术建立高校优质教育资源共建共享平台,"发展公平而有质量的教育",形成一套全新的以学习者为中心的教育生态体系,对于我国高等教育适应时代新发展、适应教育教学新发展,解决高等教育结构不尽合理、区域发展不均衡、教育资源重复建设以及优质资源不足具有重要意义。文章探讨了高校教育资源共建共享现状和瓶颈,在此基础上提出了基于5G技术的高校教育资源共建共享平台框架体系,对促进高校教育实现智能化、特色化、公平化、生态化具有重要意义。

Higher education resources are an integral part of higher education in China and an important factor affecting the reform and development of higher education.Making full use of 5 G technology to build a sharing platform for highquality educational resources in colleges and universities,the development of fair and quality education and the formation of a brand-new learner-centered education ecosystem are of great significance for China’s higher education to adapt to the new development of the times,adapt to the new development of education and teaching,and solve the problems of unreasonable structure of higher education,unbalanced regional development,repeated construction of educational resources and the shortage of high-quality resources.This paper probes into the present situation and bottleneck of the co-construction and sharing of university educational resources,and on this basis,puts forward the framework system of the co-construction and sharing platform of university educational resources based on 5 G technology.It is of great significance to promote the realization of intelligent,characteristic,fair and ecological education in colleges and universities.
