摘要
角色职能的转变,需要教师从内在提升教学能力以满足混合式教学实践的需要,明确教师需要重视本学科知识与教学法知识的学习;学习实践整合信息技术;提升与学生沟通交流、合作的能力。指出自身研修、试点示范、教学联席、教学竞赛等多样化的提升途径,实现提高人才培养质量的最终目标。
The transformation of roles and functions requires teachers to internally improve their teaching ability to meet the needs of mixed teaching practice,make it clear that teachers need to pay attention to the learning of subject knowledge and pedagogical knowledge;study and practice integrate information technology;enhance communication and cooperation with students Ability.Point out the diversified ways of improvement such as self-research,pilot demonstration,teaching joint,teaching competition,etc.,to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the quality of talent training.
