The Chinese economy has been weakening over the past six years and is now bottoming out.In order to maintain medium to high rates of growth,it is important to rely on the leading role of innovation to develop new technologies,new industries,and new business models,deepen supply-side structural reform,improve the quality and efficiency of the supply system,and unleash new potential for economic growth.
