摘要
为了从经济、环境和社会3个维度优化黑龙江木材供应链结构,围绕黑龙江省木材供应链的新特点,利用加权多目标决策方法,对有4个节点、3阶段物流、2级库存的木材供应链进行优化研究。结果表明,经济、环境、社会3个目标无法同时最优,单一目标最优时其余目标结果较差,找到3个目标的次优解恰恰是同时满足3个目标的最佳方案的圈(见文章C圈)。当经济成本从最低上升1.0%时,环境效益增幅从0.10%上升到1.55%,社会效益增幅从1.80%下降到0.55%,企业可根据自身发展阶段,选择适当决策方案。因此,该模型可以作为木材企业优化供应链结构的决策支持工具,可帮助木材企业经营者提供在经济、环境和社会绩效方面最符合企业战略目标的决策。
Focusing on the new characteristics of Heilongjiang wood supply chain,the wood supply chain with four nodes,three-stage logistics and two-level inventory was optimized based on the weighted multi-objective decision-making method in order to optimize the structure of Heilongjiang wood supply chain from the three dimensions of economy,environment and society.The results showed that the three objectives of economy,environment and society could not be optimized at the same time.When a single objective was optimal,the results of other objectives were poor.The suboptimal solution of the three objectives in circle C was the best scheme to meet the three objectives at the same time.When the economic cost increased by 1.0% from the lowest,the growth rate of environmental benefit increased from 0.10% to 1.55%,and the growth rate of social benefit decreased from 1.80% to 0.55%.Enterprises could choose appropriate decision-making schemes according to their own development stage.Therefore,the model could be used as a decision support tool for wood enterprises to optimize the supply chain structure,and could help wood enterprise operators provide enterprise's strategic objectives decisions in terms of economic,environmental and social performance.
