教育一体化视域下教师动态研训的实践研究

摘要 动态化的研训机制以教师专业成长阶段为坐标,开展有计划、有规则的校本研训,也可从市级层面“整合各方资源,建立动态协调的教师研训机制”“以评价促发展,创设阶梯型动态研训机制”“以项目驱动,建立‘双环’动态研训互助机制”“增强学校内部驱动,扁平化教师学习组织”等方面入手,建立统一的研训体系,实现城乡教师专业发展的共同进步。 The dynamic research and training mechanism takes the professional development of teachers as the coordinate,and acts in a planned and regular way.It is necessary to integrate all resources and establish a dynamic and coordinated teacher training mechanism to promote development by evaluation and set up the ladder dynamic research and training mechanism.Driven by project“double loop”dynamic research and training,mutual aid mechanism should be established.By strengthening the internal drive of schools,flattening the learning organization of teachers,a unified research and training system will be established,and the common progress of urban and rural teachers’professional development will be realized.
