“龙江丝路带”建设背景下黑龙江省高校语言服务教育研究

Research on Linguistic Service and Education in Universities of Heilongjiang Province Under the Construction of“The Longjiang Silk Road Belt”

加强黑龙江省高校语言教学质量,加快培养语言服务类人才,是助力“龙江丝路带”高质量建设、加快推进黑龙江省全面对外开放步伐、进一步密切同沿线国家各领域交流合作的基础工程。分析了黑龙江省高校在语言教学中存在学科设置偏少、招生规模萎缩、师资力量不足、教学质量不高等主要问题,进而提出“适应发展需求,增设特色学科”“扩大招生规模,拓展办学方法”“创新激励机制,建强师资队伍”“丰富教学模式,提升教学质量”等措施办法。

It is a fundamental project of improving the language teaching quality in the universities of Heilongjiang Province and accelerating the training of language service talents to facilitate the high-quality construction of“The Longjiang Silk Road Belt”and to advance the all-round opening-up of Heilongjiang Province so as to promote the exchange and cooperation among the countries along the Belt and Road.Analyzing the problems in language teaching in the universities within the province,such as less subjects setting,shrinking enrolling,insufficient faculty and poor teaching quality,the paper puts forward such solutions as increasing the subjects to meet the needs,specializing training targets,expanding enrollment,expanding school running methods,innovating incentive mechanism,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,enriching the teaching modes and improving the teaching quality.
