生物反馈电刺激治疗对不同分娩方式患者的疗效及对盆底肌力的影响

Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation on Patients with Different Delivery Modes and its Effect on Pelvic Floor Muscle Strength

摘要 目的研究不同分娩方式患者采用生物反馈电刺激治疗的疗效及对盆底肌力的影响。方法回顾分析2019年10月-2020年10月我院分娩的102例产妇临床资料,依据分娩方式分为阴道分娩组(60例)和剖宫产分娩组(42例)。两组均给予生物反馈电刺激治疗,比较两组盆底功能指标、治疗有效率、并发症发生率。结果两组治疗后产妇盆底肌力评分、15 s收缩次数、最大收缩时间、盆底纤维持续收缩力均大于治疗前,且剖宫产分娩组肌力评分高于阴道分娩组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组15 s收缩次数、最大收缩时间、盆底纤维持续收缩力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);剖宫产分娩组治疗总有效率为95.23%,与阴道分娩组的96.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月,剖宫产分娩组并发症发生率为4.76%,低于阴道分娩组11.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过生物反馈电刺激治疗不同分娩方式患者的治疗疗效基本一致,但与阴道分娩患者比较,剖宫产分娩患者盆底肌力评分较高,远期并发症发生率较低。 Objective To study the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation on pelvic floor muscle strength in patients with different delivery methods.Methods The clinical data of 102 parturients who delivered in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the mode of delivery,they were divided into two vaginal delivery group(60 cases)and cesarean section delivery group(42 cases),the pelvic floor function,curative rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of pelvic floor muscle strength,15 s contraction times,maximal contraction time,and the continuous contraction of pelvic floor fiber in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,and the scores of pelvic floor muscle strength in cesarean delivery group were higher than that in vaginal delivery group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while there were no significant difference in 15 s contraction times,maximal contraction time and continuous contraction of pelvic floor fibers between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of cesarean section delivery group was 95.23%,which was compared with that 96.67%of vaginal delivery group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Followed up over three months,the complication rate of cesarean section delivery group was 4.76%,which was lower than that 11.67%of vaginal delivery group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment,the curative effect of different delivery methods is basically the same,but compared with the vaginal delivery,the cesarean delivery have higher pelvic floor muscle strength score and lower long-term complication rate.
