应用型本科院校校企合作模式的问题及对策建议

校企合作是应用型本科院校人才培养的基本途径。但目前,高校与企业仍然存在着合作主体的认识不全面,政府对校企合作的支持力度不够,校企合作利益驱动力度不大,学校缺乏校企合作的战略高度等方面的问题。因此,校企合作应该完善政府的宏观调控功能,建立行业协会协调监督校企合作,构建校企双方的利益驱动机制,学校还要加强与企业的关系,以贡献求支持,有效推进应用型本科院校校企合作的深入开展。

School-enterprise cooperation is the basic way of personnel training for applied undergraduate colleges.However,there are many problems in such a cooperation,such as incompleteness of the understanding of main parts of cooperation,not enough government supports and driven interests,and the lack of the strategic height of schools.Hence,school-enterprise cooperation should improve the government's macro-control function,establish industry associations and the mechanism of driven interests,and the school should strengthen the relation with the enterprise and gain supports by contributions.These suggestions promote the thorough development of school-enterprise cooperation in applied undergraduate colleges.
