摘要
教育惩戒是教育中不可或缺的部分,它与教育赏识相辅相成,共同构成完整的教育链条。基于谈“惩”色变、避“戒”不谈的教育现状,挖掘孔子的教育惩戒遗产,探讨孔子教育惩戒的方式、效果和经验,在今天仍有重要启示价值。孔子教育惩戒的方式有避而不见、言语责备、后果体验、叩击警告等,教育效果体现在学生学习、性格、德行等诸方面的改变上。其主要经验在于因性施戒、因时施戒、因情施戒,良好的教化氛围、融洽的师生关系、深入的观察了解等是其施行教育惩戒并得以成功的条件。当然,孔子的教育惩戒也有其历史局限,在新的时代背景下需要加以辨别和扬弃。
Educational punishment is an indispensable part of education.It complements educational appr-eciation and forms a complete educational chain.Based on the current situation of education in which"punishment"turns pale and"discipline"is avoided,it is still of great significance to explore Confucius'educational punishment heritage and explore the way,effect and experience of Confucius'educational punishment.The main experience of Confucius'educational punishment lies in the following aspects:discipline according to nature,discipline according to time,discipline according to emotion.Good education atmosphere,harmonious relationship between teachers and students,in-depth observation and understanding are the conditions for the successful implementation of educational punishment.Of course,Confucius'educational punishment also has its historical limitations,which needs to be identified and sublated in the new era.
