摘要 打造职业教育校企命运共同体,旨在推动产业与职业教育由“融入”向“融合”深化,实现职业院校与行业企业你中有我、我中有你。其应然追求是义利统一、情理交融、开放包容、互融共生,但现实中存在政策制度激励作用不够、行业组织引领效应不强、校企双方责任担当不足、开放包容运行机制不畅等现实困境。因此,应当在遵循共生原则、互补原则、包容原则和开放原则的前提下,厚植企业承担职业教育的环境、建立校企双方供需匹配的关系、创新促进产学研用结合的载体、完善共同体可持续发展的机制,强化政府、行业企业和职业院校的责任感与主动性,推动职业教育实现“三个转变”,大幅提升新时代职业教育现代化水平。 Create a community of destiny for vocational education schools and enterprises,aiming to promote the deepening of industry and vocational education from"integration"to"integration",so as to realize that vocational schools and industry enterprises have me in you and you in me,and their due pursuit is the unity of justice and benefit.The integration of sentiment and reason,openness and tolerance,mutual coexistence,in reality,there are practical difficulties such as insufficient incentives of policies and systems,weak leading effects of industry organizations,insufficient responsibility between schools and enterprises,and poor open and inclusive operating mechanisms.We should follow the principle of symbiosis,under the premise of the principle of complementarity,tolerance and openness.The environment for enterprises to undertake vocational education should be strengthened,the relationship between supply and demand between schools and enterprises should be established,the carrier of innovation and promotion of the combination of production,education and research,the mechanism of sustainable development of the community should be improved.The sense of responsibility and initiative of the government industry enterprises and vocational colleges has promoted the realization of"three transformations"in vocational education,and has greatly improved the modernization level of vocational education in the new era.
