摘要
为探究0.136%赤·吲乙·芸薹可湿性粉剂(WP)与除草剂氯氟吡啶酯混用对稗草防除效果及生理生化的影响,以无芒稗为研究对象,设置清水对照、0.136%赤·吲乙·芸薹可湿性粉剂45 g/hm^(2)、3%氯氟吡啶酯乳油(EC)1200 mL/hm^(2)和0.136%赤·吲乙·芸薹WP 45 g/hm^(2)+3%氯氟吡啶酯EC 1200 mL/hm^(2)4个处理,观察药后无芒稗的药害症状,测定叶绿素荧光参数及糖代谢和氮代谢等生理指标。药后7 d,与氯氟吡啶酯单用相比,赤·吲乙·芸薹与氯氟吡啶酯混用,无芒稗药害综合指数显著提高26.6%,F_(v)/F_(m)、ETR、q P均显著下降;蔗糖合酶活性、蔗糖磷酸合酶活性、全氮含量、硝酸还原酶活性、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性和谷氨酸合酶活性也均显著下降;脱落酸显著提高。这表明赤·吲乙·芸薹与氯氟吡啶酯混用后,无芒稗光合作用及糖代谢和氮代谢受抑制程度加强,提高了氯氟吡啶酯对无芒稗的防治效果。
The effect of GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP mixed with florpyrauxifen-benzyl on control efficiency and physiological and biochemical characteristics of Echinochloa crusgali var.mitis was studied in paddy fields.There were four treatments including water as a control(CK),GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP at 45 g/hm 2,florpyrauxifen-benzyl 3%EC at 1200 mL/hm 2 and the mixture of both at the same doses.Herbicide damage symptoms were observed and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and physiological indexes including glucose metabolism and nitrogen metabolism were determined.Compared with single application of florpyrauxifen-benzyl,the comprehensive index of herbicide damage to E.crusgalli var.mitis significantly increased by 27%,but the F v/F m,ETR and q P decreased significantly 7 days after the mixture of both products was.The activity of sucrose synthase,sucrose phosphate synthase,nitrate reductase,glutamine synthetase and glutamate synthase and content of total nitrogen decreased significantly,but the content of abscisic acid increased significantly.This indicated that the inhibition of photosynthesis,glucose metabolism and nitrogen metabolism of E.crusgalli var.mitis was strengthened when GA·IAA·BR 0.136%WP mixed with florpyrauxifen-benzyl were applied thus improving the efficacy of florpyrauxifen-benzyl.
