延边地区浆果栽培现状及发展对策研究

Status and development strategy of berry cultivation in Yanbian area

浆果肉质多汁,营养丰富,口感极佳,深受消费者青睐,市场发展前景广阔。该文针对延边地区部分浆果种植园的栽培情况、品种分布、管理水平、加工销售等现状进行分析,构建SWOT矩阵,总结种植园当前发展存在的问题,并提出相应的建议和对策,为延边地区浆果产业发展奠定基础。

The berries are juicy and rich in nutrition with excellent taste,thereby favoring consumers and having abroad market development prospects.This study investigated the cultivation status of the berry plantations in Yanbian area,variety distribution,management level,processing and sales.By SWOT analysis,the existing problems in the current development of plantations and their corresponding suggestions and strategies were elucidated.This study laid a foundation for the development of berry industry in Yanbian area.
