豆王酵素对小鼠胃肠运动和免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 该研究旨在探究豆王酵素对胃肠运动功能和机体免疫功能的影响。在豆王酵素对小鼠胃肠运动试验中,将小鼠分为空白组、模型组、豆王酵素低、中、高剂量组,每组重复5只,连续灌胃给药30 d,建立阿托品和多潘立酮小鼠胃肠抑制和亢进模型,观察豆王酵素对小鼠肠推进、胃残留、胃酸和肠调节作用;在豆王酵素对小鼠免疫功能影响试验中,将小鼠分为空白组、豆王酵素低、中、高剂量组,每组重复5只,连续灌胃给药15 d,测定小鼠脏器指数、IgG含量、碳粒廓清指数。结果表明:豆王酵素低、中剂量可明显提高小肠推进,中、高剂量可明显提高胃液酸度(P<0.05,P<0.01)。豆王酵素中、高剂量可明显改善阿托品所致小肠抑制,中剂量可明显改善多潘立酮所致小肠亢进(P<0.05,P<0.01)。豆王酵素中、高剂量组明显提高小鼠脾脏指数(P<0.05),中剂量组明显提高小鼠IgG含量和碳粒廓清指数(P<0.05)。表明豆王酵素能够明显调节小鼠的胃肠运动功能和增强免疫功能,其中,豆王酵素中剂量组效果最佳。 The aim of this study was to explore the effects of Douwang enzyme on gastrointestinal motility and immune function.In the gastrointestinal motility test of mice,mice were divided into blank group,model group,Douwang enzyme low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups,each group was repeated with 5 mice,and continuous intragastric administration for 30 days,then the gastrointestinal inhibition and hyperactivity models of Atropine and Domperidone were established to observe the effects of Douwang enzyme on intestinal propulsion,gastric residue,gastric acid and intestinal regulation in mice.In the test of Douwang enzyme on the immune function of mice,the mice were divided into blank group,low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups,each group was repeated with 5 mice,the drug was administered by gavage for 15 days,and the organ index,IgG content and carbon clearance index of mice were measured.The results showed that the intestinal propulsion was significantly increased at low and medium-dose groups,and the acidity of gastric juice was significantly increased at medium and high-dose groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).The intestinal inhibition induced by Atropine in medium and high-dose groups,intestinal hyperactivity induced by Domperidone in medium-dose group were significantly improved(P<0.05,P<0.01).The spleen indexes of mice in the medium and high-dose groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),the IgG content and carbon clearance index in the medium-dose group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The results indicated that Douwang enzyme could significantly regulate the gastrointestinal motor function and immune function of mice,and the effect of the medium-dose group was the best.
