摘要
以2,6-吡啶二羧酸和邻苯二胺为原料,经过环化反应合成了2,6-双(2-苯并咪唑基)吡啶(2,6-BBP),将其与4,4’-二羟基二苯甲酮和4,4’-二氟二苯甲酮通过C-N/C-O反应制备出含苯并咪唑基团和吡啶基团的聚芳醚酮(PAEK-BBPs)。随着苯并咪唑基团和吡啶基团含量的增加,PAEK-BBPs从半晶态向无定形态转变,同时,溶解性能、热学性能和荧光性能均得到改善。聚合物表现出高的玻璃化转变温度(Tg=157~201℃)和良好的热稳定性(Td5%=398~539℃,N2)。此外,所得聚合物表现出良好的荧光性能,荧光发射峰为425 nm。
2,6-Bis(2-benzimidazolyl)pyridine(2,6-BBP)was synthesized through cyclization reaction using 2,6-pyridinedicarboxylic acid and o-phenylenediamine as raw material.A series of poly(arylene ether ketone)containing benzimidazole and pyridine groups(PAEK-BBPs)with precise structures and high yield were prepared through C-N/C-O reaction of 2,6-BBP,4,4’-dihydroxybenzophenone and 4,4′-difluorobenzophenone.With the increase of the content of benzimidazole and pyridine groups,the crystalline of PAEK-BBPs changes from semi-crystalline to amorphous.Meanwhile,the solubility,thermal and fluorescence properties of the as-prepared polymers are improved.All the synthesized polymers possess high glass transition temperature(Tg=157~201℃)and good thermal stability(Td10%=398~539℃,in N2).In addition,the resulted polymers exhibit excellent fluorescence properties and the fluorescence emission peak is at 425 nm.
