文化的创新与发展是社会进步的重要方面,是社会青年化的基本领域,因而文化视域中的社会青年化是考查社会进步动力的必然维度。从文化视域分析“社会青年化”就可以发现,在文化传承、文化交流、文化创新等环节,青年都以自己的独特方式实施了“改造”与“变革”。青年的文化传承是一个充满反思性和超越性的过程,必然伴随着文化的变革与创造。人口流动、学校教育、现代传媒是青年参与文化交流的主渠道;文化交流过程伴随着由地域性差异、民族性差异、时代性差异造成的文化冲突,但最终能够实现文化的整合与再平衡,从而实现文化“量”的扩展与“质”的提升。现代社会为青年的专业性文化创造、创新提供了比较适宜的环境,现代教育使青年具备了文化创造、创新的能力,而青年的文化创新、创造动机也比中老年人更加强烈,于是青年的专业性文化创新、创造成为常见的现象。

Cultural innovation and development is an important aspect of social progress and the basic field of social youthfulness.Therefore,social youthfulness from the cultural perspective is the necessary dimension to examine the driving force of social progress.From the perspective of culture,it is found that in the cultural inheritance,cultural exchange,cultural innovation and other links,the youth have implemented the“transformation”and“change”in their own unique way.The cultural inheritance of youth is a process full of reflection and transcendence,which is bound to be accompanied by cultural change and creation.Population mobility,school education and modern media are the main channels for young people to participate in cultural exchanges.The process of cultural exchange is accompanied by cultural conflicts caused by regional differences,national differences and time differences.However,cultural integration and rebalancing can be realized in the end,so as to achieve the expansion of“quantity”and improvement of“quality”of culture.Modern society provides a more suitable environment for young people's professional cultural creation and innovation.Modern education enables young people to have the ability of cultural creation and innovation,and their cultural motivation of innovation and creation is stronger than that of middle-aged and old people.Therefore,the professional cultural innovation and creation of young people has become a common phenomenon.
