根据水利工程标准化运行管理需要以及水库、山塘、电站、堤防、泵站、水闸等工程的不同具体需求,从专业化管理视角出发,构建统一的标准化协同管理平台;系统地解决小型水利工程管理中存在的问题和短板,为进一步提升小型水利工程管理水平,确保小型水利工程安全运行和功能效益正常发挥,进行了积极的探索,取得了一些有益的经验。

According to the need of standardized operation and management of hydraulic engineering and the different concrete requirements of reservoir,hilly pond,power station,dike,pump station,sluice and other projects,a unified standardized collaborative management platform is constructed from the perspective of specialized management.This paper systematically solves the problems and shortcomings in the management of small-scale hydraulic engineering.In order to improve the management level of small-scale hydraulic engineering,ensure the safe operation of small-scale hydraulic engineering,and to give full play to its functions and benefits,active exploration has been made and some useful experience has been gained.
