新疆地区住院患者肠外营养临床使用与管理研究

Clinical use and management of parenteral nutrition for inpatients in Xinjiang area

目的使用调查问卷模式,收集肠外营养(PN)临床使用与管理中存在的问题,为提高新疆地区各医院的PN治疗水平提供帮助。方法向新疆地区16家三甲医院发放PN问卷调查表,收集医院相关信息和接受PN支持的成年住院患者(≥18岁)的基本信息、营养状况、PN使用情况等相关信息。结果最终12家医院470例患者的问卷纳入本研究,10家医院存在不同程度管理问题;存在营养风险者占比77.87%(366/470);PN浓度和配比存在不合理;PN输注方式是个体化给药比例58.72%,商品化比例39.36%;PN输注途径外周静脉60.00%,中心静脉40.00%。结论新疆地区PN的使用和管理方面存在一定的问题,需要通过建立营养支持团队、完善设施、提高医务人员专业能力等方面,合理有序地开展PN支持治疗。

Objective Using the questionnaire model to collect the problems in the clinical use and management of par‐enteral nutrition(PN),and to provide help for improving the level of PN treatment in hospitals in Xinjiang area.Meth⁃ods PN questionnaires were distributed to 16 tertiary A hospitals in Xinjiang.The hospital information and the basic information,nutritional status and PN use of adult inpatients(18 years old)who received PN support were collected.Results Finally,470 patients'questionnaire from 12 hospitals were included in this study.10 hospitals had different degrees of management problems.77.87%(366/470)had nutritional risk.PN concentration and proportion were unrea‐sonable.The proportion of individual administration was 58.72%,and the commercialized proportion was 39.36%.The PN infusion route was peripheral vein 60.00%,central vein 40.00%.Conclusion There are some problems in the use and management of parenteral nutrition in Xinjiang.It is necessary to establish nutrition support team,improve facili‐ties,and improve the professional ability of medical staff,so as to make PN support treatment reasonable and orderly.
