区位熵视角下安徽省服务业集聚发展研究

On Agglomeration Level Contrastive Analysis and Its High-quality Development of Service Industry in Anhui Province Based on Location Entropy

为了促进安徽省服务业的高质量发展,通过区位熵值法测算了安徽省在内的中部六省及安徽省16个城市的服务业的区位熵值。通过对比分析发现,安徽省的服务业集聚水平在中部六省中优势并不显著,较之于湖南、湖北省还有较大差距;安徽省内各市服务业集聚发展也不均衡,合肥市服务业专业化与集聚程度最高,皖南地区服务业集聚发展整体水平相对高于皖北地区;服务业集聚区的分布存在空间上的不合理性;服务业内部各行业发展也不均衡,传统服务业所占比重在下降,但新型战略型产业尚不能居于绝对优势地位。基于研究结果,提出推动产业结构调整,加快生产性服务业集聚发展,优化集聚区产业空间布局,优化扶持政策,培育服务业龙头企业及引进和培养服务业高端人才的建议,以构建省—市—集聚区联动,产业互动、空间一体的服务业集聚区的高质量发展体系。

To promote the high-quality development of service industry in Anhui Province,location entropies of service industry were calculated for the six provinces of central China including Anhui province and 16 cities of Anhui province.The agglomeration level of service industry in Anhui province is not outstanding among the six provinces of central China.It was lower than Hunan province and Hubei province.Imbalanced development situation of service industry cluster existed in different cities in Anhui province.The agglomeration level of service industry in Hefei city was the highest,followed by southern Anhui and northern Anhui.There existed an irrationality on the space distribution in service industry cluster districts.The development was also uneven among service industry:the traditional service industry proportion was falling;nevertheless,the new strategic industries could not take the lead.Based on the research results,the suggestion was put forward to promote regional industrial structure adjustment,to accelerate the development of producer services cluster,to optimize industrial spatial distribution in the cluster district,to enhance the supportive policy,to cultivate leading enterprises and train high-level personnel of service industry.As a result,service industry of Anhui province will form a relatively high-quality development framework with province-city-cluster linkage,industrial interaction and spatial integration.
