摘要
智慧馆员是智慧图书馆建设的核心要素之一。文章综合运用定性和定量研究方法,从智慧图书馆馆员概念、功能、必备能力、角色定位、群体特征、队伍建设等方面对中美近十年(2011—2020年)关于智慧图书馆馆员的研究进行归纳与分析,总结中美智慧图书馆馆员研究的特点和局限,并对未来中国智慧图书馆馆员研究提出建议。
Smart librarian is one of the core elements of the smart library construction.The article uses qualitative and quantitative research methods to summarize and analyze the study of smart librarian from its concept,function,necessary ability,role positioning,group characteristics,team building ect.for the past decade(2011-2020)in both China and America.The characteristics and limitations of smart librarian research are pointed out,and suggestions for future researches on Chinese smart librarian are proposed.
