以亚麻油、桐油为主剂的木蜡油合成与涂饰性能分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用亚麻油、桐油为主剂,将植物油混合体在设定的温度下进行预聚合处理,通过设定预聚温度、原料成分组合等变量得到预聚体;随后,将预聚体与蜂蜡、棕榈蜡和松节油复配,制备木蜡油涂料,探讨木蜡油制备原料配方对产品粘度、干燥时间、涂饰视觉效果等性能的影响。油蜡涂料工艺研究显示:松节油的加入量对于木蜡油粘度有显著影响,增加松节油的加入量可以显著地降低木蜡油的粘度;桐油与亚麻油的配比对干燥速率有一定影响,提高桐油的比例可以缩短木蜡油的干燥时间;松节油含量对干燥速率有显著影响,增高松节油比例可以缩短干燥时间。油蜡涂层红外图谱分析发现:在设定的工艺方案下,油蜡体系内活性氢成分减少,植物油内碳碳双键发生聚合反应。植物油蜡木材涂饰效果显示:随着达玛树脂比例的提高,木蜡油涂饰木材表面的明度和饱和度均升高,颜色更加偏向暖色区,有效地提升了木蜡油涂饰的视觉效果。 Commercial linseed oil and Tung oil were pre-polymerized at the designated temperatures.A series of linseed oil-tung oil pre-polymers were propared that varied with respect to the polymerization temperature,the composition options of raw materials.These pre-polymers were further blended with beeswax,carnauba wax and turpentine to prepare wood wax oil.Based upon the experimental results,the impacts of preparation formulas on the properties of wood wax oil,such as the product viscosity,drying time,and visual effects of final coatings,were analyzed.The amounts of turpentine oil exhibited significant effects over the oil viscosity,and reducing the amount of turpentine could increase the viscosity of wood wax oil.The ratio between two oils affected the drying time.The increase on the proportion of tung oil and turpentine,could accelerate the drying of oil products.According to the FT-IR spectra of the oil-wax coatings prepared with linseed oil and tung oil,under the circumstances of the current preparation fomulas,the activited hydrogen components inside the oil-wax system shown a decreasing trend,showcasing the polymerisation of the conjugated double bonds.The surface lightness and color saturation of the coatings could be increased through the increase of Dama resin.In the consequence of these changes,the coating color became warmer,and the visual effects of oil-wax coating also got effectively improved.
