专利转让的网络分析及主体类型研究

Network Analysis and Subject Type Research of Patent Transfer

近年来,专利运营能力逐渐成为企业间竞争的关键要素。分析当前专利转让网络,探索网络中主体的不同类型,对促进企业间专利交易,完善企业自身专利运营模式,具有重要的理论及实践意义。以电通信技术领域为研究样本,构建专利受让者-转让者矩阵,采用社会网络分析法研究了转让主体间的复杂关系和差异性特征;并以此为基础,运用系统聚类分析法,对转让主体的关键特征进行量化分析并对其科学分类。研究结果表明,转让主体在转让及受让频次和网络位置等方面有着明显差异,据此分为四种类型:处于领先地位的强势输出型,从事技术研发的普通输出型,主营产品销售的输入型和运营专利灵活的均衡型主体。

In recent years,patent operation capability has gradually become a key element of competition among enterprises.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the current patent transfer network and explore the different types of subjects in the network to promote the patent transaction between enterprises and improve their own patent operation mode.Taking the field of telecommunications technology as the research sample,the patent thansferee transferor matrix is constructed,and the complex relationship and difference characteristics among the transferees are revealed by the social network analysis method.On this basis,the key characteristics of the transfer subject are quantitatively analyzed and classified by systematic cluster analysis.The research results show that there are obvious differences in the transfer and transfer frequency and network location among the transfer subjects,which can be divided into four types:the strong output type in the leading position,the common output type in the technology research and development,the input type in the main product sales and the balanced type in the flexible operation patent.
