Poetry Writing,Teaching and Translation in British Universities——A Conversation with Associate Professor Jennifer Rushworth,University College London(UCL)

21世纪以来,在高等教育普及的背景下,高校愈发成为社会最引人注目的公共机构之一,校园亦成为饶有趣味的文学现场,它对于文学的边界、当下、未来三个维度而言,是诸多塑造力之一。通过对英国伦敦大学学院比较文学系副主任的对谈,大致可了解英国高校文学写作教育的基本逻辑,以及英国校园文学活动的当前状况,对中国文学之“培养作家”“学院派”等基本命题的讨论有所启发。

With the development of Chinese society and popularization of college education,higher education institutions have be⁃come one of the most noticeable public institutions since 21st century.Campus has also become an interesting literary scene,it is one of the shaping forces for the boundary,present and future of literature.Through a discussion with the Associate Professor Jen⁃nifer Rushworth of University College London,this paper shows the contemporary outline of literature education in British univer⁃sities,and the current situation of literature activities on British campuses,so as to provide some inspiration for the discussion of“Cultivating of Writers”and“Academy Genre”,these basic propositions in Chinese literature.
