新文科理念下的公文写作课程混合式教学模式探索

An Exploration on the Blended Teaching of Official Document Writing under the Concept of New Liberal Arts

新文科背景下的公文写作课程教学改革,更加注重培养、提升学生的跨领域知识融通能力和实际写作能力。现代公文写作教学面临着政策法律素养要求高而学生的理论认识水平较低、公文拟写要求具有公务性而学生难以突破私人写作的藩篱、学生写作的个性化语言与公文话语体系不相交以及课程研究的理性化与政务实际操作存在差异性等系列矛盾。以新文科理念为指导,在剖析教学痛点的基础上,结合现代公文写作课程线上线下混合式教学模式的研究与实践,拟从教学目标、教学设计、考核评价三个方面改革,并从理论教学、实训教学、课程思政等方面进行探索:即以公文处理科学化为目标,建构较为完整的公文写作理论体系;以内容模块化、教学环节化为理论教学突破点,科学分解知识点,增强教学的针对性、直观性;以角色化搭建实训教学的桥梁,构建公文评、写、改实训模式,强化写作技能训练;以知识点学习任务向线上转移,拓展课程思政的教学空间。通过混合式教学模式的改革,公文写作课程教学取得了优良的教学效果。

The course reform of document writing under the background of New Liberal Arts pays more attention to the cultivation of student's writing ability.The teaching of official document writing course is facing a series of conflicts such as the contradiction between the high demand on policy and law literacy and students'low level of theoretical understanding,the gap between the offi⁃cial style required on writing and the fact that students are difficult to break through the barriers of personal writing style,the incom⁃patibility between the personalized language used by students and the official document discourse system,as well as the discrep⁃ancy between the rationality of curriculum research and the actual operation of government affairs.Under the guidance of the con⁃cept of the New Liberal Arts,a reform shall be conducted on three aspects including teaching objects,teaching process design,as well as assessment and evaluation on basis of analysis on the above teaching sore points,and in combination with the research and practice of the hybrid teaching modes which incorporate both online and offline formats for official writing courses.Meanwhile,an exploration shall be conducted on the aspects of theoretical teaching,practical teaching,and ideological and political theories teaching in all courses,which means to build a relatively complete official writing theoretical system with the goal of scientization of official document processing;to decompose the knowledge points scientifically with content modularization and step-by-step teaching method as the breakthrough point of theoretical teaching,so that teaching becomes more pertinently and more vivid;and to build a bridge of practical teaching by means of characterization,so that a practical training mode of commenting,writing and editing the official documents could be constructed,and that students'writing skills are improved;to expand the teaching space of ideological and political teaching in courses by transferring knowledge points learning to online format.Through the reform on hy⁃brid teaching mode,the official writing course teaching is expected to achieve excellent teaching effect.
