摘要
通过调研某一线城市地铁运营公司的维保现状,提出地铁车辆检修运维生产管理新思路。介绍了检修规程管理、生产计划管理、调度管理和执行管理的维保全过程的方法和管理流程,引入智能维保系统和工具,提高生产管理效率和质量,为未来地铁全寿命周期检修运维业务提供借鉴和参考。
Based on the investigation of the current situation of the sub-way operation company in a first tier city,this paper puts forward a new idea of the production management of subway vehicle maintenance.This paper introduces the whole process method and process of maintenance and operation management in detail,including maintenance procedure management,production plan management,production scheduling man-agement and production execution management.Through the introduction of intelligent maintenance system and tools,improve the efficiency and quality of production management,and provide reference for the future Metro life cycle maintenance business.
