摘要
为降低发电成本,电厂通常会掺烧水分较大褐煤。为满足超低排放环保要求,机组实际运行中会过量喷氨,从而导致一次风阻力增加,引起风机出力不足。分析造成此情况的主要原因,提出了回转式空气预热器进行扩大一次风仓角度、冷端采用大通道封闭波形的改造方案,并进行计算和经济性分析,结果表明,改造方案效果显著,经济性较好,有效解决了一次风阻力过高的问题。
In order to reduce the cost of power generation,power plants often mixed burn lignite with larger moisture content,and to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission environmental protection,the actual op-eration often excessive ammonia injection,which leads to the increase of primary wind resistance,resulting in inadequate fan output.In view of this situation,this paper analyzes the main reasons and puts forward a retrofit scheme of enlarging angle of primary air chamber and adopting large channel closed waveform at cold end of rotary air preheater.Calculation and economic analysis are carried out.The results show that the retrofit scheme is effective and economical,and the problem of excessive primary wind resistance is solved effectively.
