摘要
“十三五”期间,贵州基础教育取得了历史性成就和跨越式发展,学校在办学条件、教育经费、普及程度以及师资配置等方面成绩显著。然而,贵州基础教育也存在一些发展短板,制约着基础教育高质量发展。其主要表现为:中小学生学业成绩差距明显,乡村学生社会参与意愿不足,城乡之间中小学教师资源配置差异大,以及教师专业成长支持体系建设不到位等问题。为此,贵州亟待扩大普惠性学前教育资源供给,推进义务教育优质均衡发展,促进普通高中育人方式改革,以及加强基础教育教师队伍建设,以实现贵州基础教育高质量发展。
During the 13th Five-year Plan period,elementary education in Guizhou has achieved historical and leaping development,with the school has making outstanding achievements in terms of school conditions,education funding,popularization,and the allocation of teachers.However,there are still many aspects to be enhance which restrict the high-quality development of elementary education,mainly reflected in the obvious gap in academic performance of primary and secondary school students,the insufficient willingness of rural students to participate in society,the large difference in the allocation of teacher resources between urban and rural primary and secondary schools,and the inadequate construction of teacher professional growth support systems.To solve these problems,Guizhou urgently needs to expand the supply of inclusive preschool education resources,promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education,promote the reform of ordinary high school education methods,and strengthen the team construction of elementary education teachers,so as to achieve the high-quality development of elementary education in Guizhou.
