摘要 柔性印制电路板是以聚酰亚胺或其他介电材料为基板,用导体材料制成的一种具有很好弯曲性和很高可靠性的电路板。本文在了解柔性电路板结构及随机振动等相关理论的基础上,建立了柔性电路板结构有限元仿真模型,使用COMSOL Multiphysics进行随机振动下柔性电路板结构力学特性分析,总结了该柔性电路板的动力学特性,为抑制柔性电路板振动行为打下基础。 Flexible printed circuit board is a kind of circuit board with good flexibility and high reliability,which is based on polyimide or other dielectric materials,and made of conductor materials.On the basis of understanding the relevant theories of flexible circuit board structure and random vibration,the finite element simulation model of flexible circuit board structure is established.The mechanical characteristics of flexible circuit board structure under random vibration are analyzed by using COMSOL Multiphysics,and the dynamic characteristics of the flexible circuit board are summarized,which lays a foundation for suppressing the vibration behavior of flexible circuit board.
