摘要
针对旋转部件的垂向振动情况受限于现场条件难以直接测量的问题,本文提出了将3个振动传感器均匀布置,利用三者读数计算垂向振动的直接测量方法。基于小功率电机的旋转试验台测试表明,该方法能够有效计算旋转部件的垂向振动。该计算方法应用于机车联轴器试验,取得了良好的应用效果。
Due to the sensor installation restriction of rotating machinery,a direct vibration measurement method has been proposed in this paper,in which three sensors are evenly arranged on a rotating part,and the vertical vibration can be calculated according to their readings.A test on a low-power motor test platform demonstrates its effectiveness for rotating parts.The method has been applied to the locomotive coupling test and achieves good application results.
