摘要
复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构具有优越的材料性能,广泛应用于航空、航天和船舶制造等领域。结构在受到冲击时,很容易出现损伤。试验分析表明,低速冲击将严重降低蜂窝夹芯板的抗拉、抗压能力,造成面芯层间发生分层扩展。本文对复合材料蜂窝夹芯结构的低速冲击试验进行设计,并对结果进行分析,得出了相关变化规律。
Composite honeycomb sandwich structure has excellent properties and is widely used in the fields of aviation,aerospace and shipbuilding etc.When the structure is impacted,it is easy to damage.The test results show that the low velocity impact will seriously reduce the tensile and compressive capacity of honeycomb sandwich panel,and cause delamination expansion between the skin and the core.Low velocity impact test of composite honeycomb sandwich structure is designed in the paper,and the test results are analyzed,then the relevant change rules are obtained.
