涡桨运输机最小离地速度适航审定技术研究

摘要 最小离地速度V MU是运输类飞机能够安全起飞和离地的最小速度,以校正空速来表示,是制定飞机其它起飞速度的依据。涡桨运输机以螺旋桨作为动力源,在审查时需关注螺旋桨的影响。本文从运输类飞机最小离地速度的适航条款要求演变过程出发,分析了最小离地速度的特点,系统给出了涡桨运输机最小离地速度的符合性方法建议,重点分析了涡桨运输机最小离地速度审查时的要点和风险点,对涡桨运输机的最小离地速度的适航审定具有一定的指导价值。 The Minimum Unstick Speed is the minimum calibrated airspeed at and above which the aircraft can safely lift off the ground,and is the key to determine the take-off characteristic speeds of civil transport aircraft.Turbopropeller powered transport aircraft uses propellers as energy output,and propellers should be considered in airworthiness verification phase.This paper studies the regulation requirements related to Minimum Unstick Speed,analyzes the characteristics of Minimum Unstick Speed,systematically gives the compliance methods,and analyzes the concerns during the review,including the key points and risk points.It can be used to guide the airworthiness review of Minimum Unstick Speed of civil transport aircraft.
