摘要
量子测量技术作为量子信息领域的一个重要分支,受到广泛的关注,其测量精度有望突破经典物理的极限,同时将会在诸多领域发挥重要的作用。对量子测量技术的发展演进进行了综述,并对国内外应用产业发展、标准化研究、基础器件材料等方面提出了相应的分析与建议。
As an important branch in the field of quantum information,quantum sensing technology has received extensive attention.Its measurement accuracy is expected to break through the limit of classical physics,and it will play an important role in many fields.In this paper,the development and evolution of quantum sensing technology are reviewed,and the corresponding analysis and suggestions on the development of application industry,standardization research,basic device materials at home and abroad are put forward.
