身体哲学视角下现代医学异化现象及意义

Alienation of Modern Medicine and Its Significance from the Perspective of Body Philosophy

现代医学异化现象包括医学技术异化、权力异化、消费异化等问题。早期医学异化理论主要是身心二元异化论,现代异化现象则是在技术、权力、消费等因素影响下,呈现出以身体为中心的系统性异化现象。而要实现对现代医学异化现象的扬弃,不仅要承认身心二元论仍旧影响着医学主体选择,还应该加速医学哲学转向身体哲学,并在身体哲学的理论视角下处理好身体技术与器具技术、权力工具和身体知识不对称、医方初心和患者就医目的间的辩证关系。

Alienation of modern medicine is a systematic theory including medical technology alienation,medical power alienation and medical consumption alienation.The early medical alienation theory is mainly the mind-body dualism alienation theory,while the modern alienation theory presents the body-centered systematic alienation theory under the influence of technology,power,consumption and other factors.At the same time,in order to dialectically negate the phenomenon of medical alienation,we need to admit that the mind-body dualism still affects the behavioral choices of medical subjects in reality.In addition,medical philosophy should change from consciousness philosophy to body philosophy as soon as possible,and properly handle the dialectical relationship between body technology and instrument technology,power tool and body knowledge,the initial intention of medical prescription and the patients'medical demand under the theoretical perspective of body philosophy.
