Big Data:Ethical Defense in Precision Medicine Application

大数据运用于精准医学中癌症诊疗、临床用药指导、慢性疾病防控等领域,推动现代生物医学进步的同时节约社会医疗资源,但在应用过程中仍面临与数据隐私、社会公平、自由意志相关的伦理问题。基于现有的伦理难题,分别从数据共享推动精准医学良性发展、技术发展与行为主体道德意识的提高降低隐私风险、国家健全体制机制促进社会公平、自由意志的让渡提高个体生命质量四方面对大数据在精准医学中的应用进行伦理辩护,以期促进大数据技术与精准医学的良性发展,推动社会进步。

Big data application in precision medicine in cancer diagnosis and treatment,clinical medication guidance,chronic disease prevention and control and other fields can promote the progress of modern biomedicine and save social medical resources.However,in the application process,it still faces ethical issues related to data privacy,social fairness and free will.Based on present ethical dilemma,to promote big data technique,precision medicine and social progress,ethical defense in precision medicine application is performed from four aspects:data sharing to promote development of precision medicine,reduce the risk of privacy disclosure by promoting technology development and moral consciousness,promote social fairness by improving the systems and mechanisms,improve the quality of individual life by transferring free will.
