摘要
农村生活污水管网工程施工具有施工区域广、施工交叉多、施工管理分散等特点,本文依托莆田市秀屿区农村生活污水治理及笏石溪河道综合整治PPP项目施工现况,分析阻碍分散型、交叉密集型农村污水管网类项目施工进度的原因,并基于原因制定针对且有效的解决措施,从而达到提高施工效率、优化资源配置、推动项目生产的需要,同时为同类型项目的施工提供经验和参考。
The construction of rural domestic sewage pipeline network engineering has the characteristics of wide construction area,multiple construction overlaps,and scattered construction management. This article relies on the current construction status of the PPP project of rural domestic sewage treatment in Xiuyu District,Putian City and comprehensive improvement of the Hushixi River,and analyzes the obstacles reasons for the construction progress of decentralized and cross-intensive rural sewage pipe network projects,and formulates targeted and effective solutions based on the reasons,so as to achieve the needs of improving construction efficiency,optimizing resource allocation,and promoting project production. At the same time,it provides experience and reference is for the same type of projects.
