摘要
在智能建造和新型建筑工业化背景下,从目前BIM技术和装配式建筑在我国发展状况出发,探索BIM技术和AIoT在装配式建筑智能建造领域的应用现状,探讨如何将BIM和AIoT有效结合提高装配式建筑生产效率,降低建筑成本,提升建筑质量,为打造"中国建造"升级版提供理论参考。
Based on intelligent construction and the industrialization of new buildings,starting from the current development of BIM technology and prefabricated buildings in our country,the application status of the new building information technology combining BIM technology and AIo T in the field of smart construction of prefabricated buildings is explored,how to use BIM technology and AIo T to solve the problem of intelligent construction of prefabricated buildings,and how to effectively combine BIM technology and AIo T to form a new BIM mathematical model are studied. This article also provides a theoretical reference for building an upgraded version of " built in China".
