建筑装饰装修工程成本控制方法及优化方案

Cost control method and optimization scheme of Building Decoration Engineering

随着国家经济迅速发展,人们对装饰装修工程的要求愈来愈高,装饰装修工程行业间的竞争也愈来愈激烈,如何在保证装饰装修工程质量的前提下,有效控制成本也日益受关注。为研究装饰装修工程成本优化方案,本文通过研究分析装饰装修工程的成本组成与成本控制方法,发现人工成本与材料成本是项目总成本的主要组成部分,也是项目进行成本控制的关键。基于此,本文提出了引入人员管理、集成化信息以及奖惩制度的成本控制管理方法,并结合某大厦装饰装修工程项目进行案例分析,发现该方法可以在保证质量及施工进度的前提下,较大程度地降低项目所需的成本,以期为装饰装修工程精细化管理和成本控制提供参考依据。

With the rapid development of national economy,people’s requirements for decoration engineering are higher and higher,and the competition among decoration engineering industries is also stronger and stronger. How to effectively control the cost under the premise of ensuring the quality of decoration engineering is becoming increasingly critical. In order to study the cost optimization scheme of decoration engineering,this paper analyzes the cost composition and cost control method of decoration engineering,and finds that labor cost and material cost are the main components of the total cost of the project,and also the key to cost control of the project. Based on that,this paper puts forward the cost control management method of introducing personnel management,integrated information and reward and punishment system. Combined with the case analysis of Ruite Building decoration project,it is found that this method can greatly reduce the cost of the project under the condition of ensuring the quality and construction progress,In order to provide reference for fine management and cost control of decoration engineering.
