仓储机器人电池储能系统设计与仿真

摘要 电池储能系统的供电性能、质量和体积大小直接影响着仓储机器人的运行性能和轻量化设计,而且室外用机器人对作业环境温度也提出了要求。选用能量密度较高且耐低温性能较好的三元锂电池,针对某型仓储机器人性能要求,设计了电池储能系统。通过建立电池组二阶RC等效电路数学和仿真模型,对方案的可行性和环境温度适应性进行了验证,并讨论了环境温度对三元锂电池输出瞬态特性的影响。仿真结果表明设计方案完全可以满足系统瞬时功率的要求,且低温下电池放电能力也可满足机器人室外作业要求。 The power quality,weight and size of the battery energy storage system directly affect the operating performance and lightweight design of the warehouse robot,and outdoor robots also put forward requirements for the environmental temperature.Aiming at the performance request of a certain type of warehouse robot,the ternary lithium-ion battery with higher energy density and better low temperature resistance was used to design the battery energy storage system.Through building the second-order RC equivalent circuit mathematical and simulation model of the battery pack,the feasibility and environmental temperature adaptability of the design scheme were verified.The influence of the environmental temperature on the output transient characteristics of the ternary lithium battery was discussed.The results imply that the scheme can fully meet the requirements of the instantaneous power,and the battery discharge ability at low temperatures can also meet the working requirements of the outdoor robot.
