漳州西湖绿色生态城区低碳规划设计策略研究

Research on low-carbon planning and design strategy of Zhangzhou Westlake Green Ecological Area

引导低碳发展模式是我国城市化背景下降低碳排放、应对气候变化的重要途径。现有的低碳建设研究集中于宏观层面和微观层面,中观层面即城市或城区层面的成果较少。对漳州西湖生态园的城区建筑、交通、水资源、基础设施、产业、固体废弃物、景观绿化等方面进行了全面的低碳建设策略规划,整理和总结了漳州西湖生态园低碳规划设计的经验,以期为同类片区的低碳发展模式提供借鉴。

Guiding low-carbon development mode is an important way to reduce carbon emissions and deal with climate change under the background of urbanization in China.Existing research on low-carbon construction focuses on the macro level and micro level,while the research of the meso level,that is,the city or urban area level,are few.Zhangzhou Westlake Ecological Area has carried out a comprehensive low-carbon construction strategy planning for urban buildings,transportation,water resources,infrastructure,industry,solid waste,landscape greening and other aspects.This paper summarizes the low-carbon planning experience of Zhangzhou Westlake Ecological Area in order to provide reference for the low-carbon development model of similar urban areas.
